UPS ground service is $7 per box (except bags...see below for freight costs for bags).
Shipping golf bags:
All golf bags with 9 inch openings (or more) are shipped UPS @ $15 per bag to any of the 48 States. Sizes less than 9 inch are shipped for $10 each. UPS considers any box that can hold a golf bag as an "oversize" box and the UPS rates for oversize parcels are rated at the 25 lb size.
Shipping balls:
Balls are $5 minimum (for 1-6 dozen); $.50 per dozen extra for each doz over 6 dozen.
Any air freight is extra.
Call for air freight costs. Call 800-727-5511, or Fax us at 607-770-0134. Typical 2nd Day Air rates are about $20 for a set of clubs. Typical rates for a set of clubs shipped overnight is $45. Next day air shipments (overnight) are sent only to the billing address (the billing address for the credit card being used).
SHIPPING outside of the United States:
You are responsible for shipments to your door. Rates are determined by the weight of the box, the size of the box, and its destination. We are in New York State. Typical cost to ship one metalwood via air to Western Europe is $60. A set of eight irons typically costs $80 to ship to Europe via US Mail Priority Express. You are responsible for customs and your local taxes.
Insurance:All goods are insured for breakage or loss. If a box arrives at your location either damaged or broken into (and part of the shipment is not in the box), please call the carrier (UPS phone is 1-800-PICK UPS). Please DO NOT SHIP anything broken back to us without calling UPS first. UPS has to see the damage. They will advise you what to do. Then call us.
Dropship charges:
Most manufacturers will not dropship goods directly to the customer (why? if the goods arrive broken or don't arrive, your relationship is NOW with the manufacturer rather than with us. Manufacturer's do not wish to have this additional responsibilty). Some manufacturer's do allow drop shipments. The handling fee for all drop shipments from the manufacturer is $20 (that is the dropship charge only, the freight costs are on top of the dropship charge).
